Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Certain products are exempt from being refunded, including gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods.
Initiation of Refund Requests

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for a refund.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Specialty Releases
All 72-hour releases, 24-hour releases, DTG items are made-to-order items and are considered specialty releases. Due to this, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
